The school’s recruitment process is strict and simple which meets all criteria as per the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK) regulations and is in line with the UAE Ministry of Human resources and Emiratisation. Candidates must hold recognized teaching qualifications and attested certificates in order to get shortlisted for an interview. For all academic positions all candidates must go through an HR interview, an academic panel interview followed by a demo class and the results will be evaluated by the senior leadership team before any selection.
