SPORTS ACADEMY
The enhancement of physical and mental development of children is certainly the most important contribution of sports.
By playing sports children develop physical skills, exercise, make new friends, have fun, learn to be a team member, learn about fair-play, improve self-esteem, etc., but the list of values your child may learn and acquire through sports does not end here.
Taking part in sports builds healthy bones and muscles, increases fitness, improves sleep, helps them socialize, improves their cooperation skills, boosts self-confidence and lowers the risk of getting obese.
Apart from PE, our students also have the chance to take swimming classes as part of the curriculum.
